Little Handprints
An art-room afternoon with paint up to the elbows: finger-paint pages.
Little Handprints is an art-room afternoon with paint up to the elbows: handprints, smears and finger-painted frames on butcher and manila paper. It has a Paint Day event page, an Art Club spread with colors named Glitter Gold and Doodle Blue, and a Me now page where each child traces their hand and records how big it is this year. Little Handprints, answered
Is there a handprint page in Little Handprints?
Yes. Me now asks each child to trace their hand and write their age and hand size, so the book becomes a keepsake to compare year to year.
What colors does Little Handprints use?
Butcher and Manila paper with Red, Green, Yellow, Blue and Purple paint and an Ink color for text. Headings are in Fredoka and handwritten notes in Caveat.
How is Little Handprints different from Crayon Box?
Both look made by children. Crayon Box is drawn in crayon on white paper; Little Handprints is painted, with handprints, smears and finger-painted frames on warm paper.
