You also have the option to add pages from home — even if you don’t have time to design anything yourself.

What’s Included in the Personalization Upgrade

1. Personalized Cover (Automatic)

Your child’s name and photo appear on the front or back cover, based on the design selected by your school’s yearbook team.

2. myClass / myGrade Pages (Automatic)

These are some of the most meaningful pages in the book.

Using photos uploaded by teachers, room parents, or volunteers, our technology automatically creates 4–8 personalized pages featuring your child’s classroom or grade.

Instead of just a few class photos, these pages typically include 35–85 real classroom moments, depending on photo availability.

3. Custom Pages for Yearbook (optional)

Custom Pages let you add memories from outside school.

Option 1: Design them yourself

Create your pages using the provided template and upload a single high-resolution 8.5 × 11 PDF.

Option 2 (New this year): No time to design?

Simply upload up to 20 photos, and our system will automatically create 2 beautiful custom pages for you.

You’ll be able to review them before they’re added, making it fast, easy, and stress-free.

⏰ Custom Pages must be uploaded by your school’s yearbook order deadline.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know my Custom Pages uploaded correctly?

Log in and click Custom Pages.

Select your child’s name to view the current version attached to their order.

Uploading a new PDF automatically replaces the previous one.

When is the last day to upload Custom Pages?

The deadline is the same as your school’s yearbook ordering deadline.

This date is different for each school, so follow your school’s messages.

Can I re-upload if I made a mistake?

Yes.

You can re-upload as many times as you want before the deadline.Only the latest version is saved.

How do I upload two Custom Pages?

Both pages must be uploaded together as one PDF file, formatted using the template.

Can I add more than 2 Custom Pages for elementary school?

Not at this time.

However, you can fit as many photos as you’d like within the two pages by adjusting the template layout.

How are myClass pages chosen?

Classes usually collect many photos throughout the year, but traditional yearbooks can only include a small number.

myClass/myGrade pages allow us to include more of those everyday classroom moments — so each child sees the people and experiences that mattered most to them.

Will the book still include school-wide events and other grades?

Yes.

Every child receives the same school-wide content.

The only differences between books are:

• the personalized cover

• the myClass/myGrade pages
